Concept 3
This concept focuses on natural light, honest materials, and quiet transitions. The open stair becomes the centerpiece, built from solid oak planks that express weight and texture. A clear glass guardrail keeps the structure visually light while letting sunlight filter down from the skylights above. Walls finished in hand-troweled plaster bring a tactile softness that balances the precision of the glass and wood. Wide-plank oak floors run continuously throughout, creating visual warmth and continuity from one space to the next. The result feels calm, human, and deeply connected to the craft of building.
